Pamela Jane Megines, left us peacefully on Tuesday, January 27th, 2026. Pamela was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was 72 years old.
Pamela was born in Madison, West Virginia, and grew up in Upper Deerfield. She made Millville, New Jersey her home since 1972, where she became a cherished member of the community. Pamela worked as a dedicated machine operator at Santa's Best in Millville, NJ. Pamela had a passion for life's simple pleasures. She loved drinking coffee and chatting with friends, tending to her flower beds, and hosting BBQs with her family. Her home was always open to children in need of care and love, and she embraced them as her own.
Pamela's life was a testament to the love and care she extended to her family and friends. She was a devoted wife to her husband, George Megines, and a loving mother to her children, Carrie Huff (late Larry Pollock) and George Megines (Melissa). Her nurturing spirit extended to her grandchildren, Brittainy, Shane, Larry Jr., D.J., Chase, Briand, Kaila, and Emma Jane, and her great-grandchildren, Grayson, Avery, Weston, Kaydence, Mason, Graylin, Barrett, and Hendrixx. Pamela also leaves behind her siblings, Benjamin Miller II (Joyce), Laurie Miller, and Vedora Larson (Jackie), as well as her nephew, Scott Ross (Deana) whom she raised with love and care. Her best friend, Phyllis Muse, was a constant source of joy and companionship in her life. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin E. Miller I and Erma Miller, and her sister, Barbara Miller.
A viewing will be held at Christy Funeral Home , 11 West Broad St., Millville, NJ, on Friday, February 6th, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 pm. Cremation will be held privately. The funeral service will be livestreamed, please Click Here.
